Cancellation Policy: All registrations are non-refundable. However, in the event of a cancellation due to extenuating circumstances such as severe weather or public health orders, a virtual event will be offered. There will be no deferrals to future events. If a registrant is unable to participate because of an injury, illness, scheduling conflict, or any other reason, a transfer will be permitted to another participant or to a sub event in accordance with our Transfer Policy.
Enhanced Refund Protection Program: Participants may enroll in our enhanced refund protection program at the time of registration. This program provides protection for a number of reasons, including injury or cancellation due to extreme weather. The specifics of what is refundable are determined solely by the specific refund program wording. Subject to an additional fee.
Transfer Policy: Transfers are available up until September 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM. No transfers will be permitted after this date. The cost for a transfer is $10.00 plus processing fees and tax. The new recipient will receive all race swag associated with the registration.
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a transfer process for our running event. This ensures that all participants’ information is accurate and up-to date, which is crucial for safety and communication purposes. Allowing someone else to use your bib without a proper transfer can lead to issues with emergency contact information, race results, and overall event management. By following our transfer process, the new recipient will also receive all the race swag associated with the registration, ensuring they get the full event experience. This helps us maintain the integrity and smooth operation of the event for everyone involved.
If you upgrade, the difference will be owing but if you downgrade, there is no credit.

Course Safety Guidelines: For the safety of all participants - pets, animals, skateboards, bicycles, and roller blades are not permitted on the course by participants. As the course is not closed to the general public and follows an out-and-back route, participants should respect oncoming runners and other trail users by staying to their right-hand side at all times. Strollers and pushchairs are only permitted to start at the back of the pack, with the understanding that those participants are casual, non-competitive runners, as this could otherwise pose safety hazards.
